If you believe your copyrighted work — a photo, for example — appears on this site without your permission, you can ask us to take it down, and we will.

What your complaint must include
To act on a complaint, United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) requires all six of the following. Please include:
- Your signature — physical or electronic.
- Which copyrighted work you say was used, identified clearly — for example the original photo, or a link to where you publish it.
- Which material on our site you want removed, and where it is: the page address (URL), and for a photo its filename, so we can find the exact item.
- How we can reach you — your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We remove reported photos promptly while we look into the complaint. If we take a photo down, the business's page simply reverts to showing the public licence record.
If you are the business whose page it is, the quickest route is the “Report this photo” link under any listing photo — it opens an email to us with the business and the photo already identified.
