What the snapshot date means
Every page here carries the date of the license export it was built from. Everything on the page is true of that file on that date, and a license that changed the following morning will not show it until the next build.
That is why the date is printed rather than hidden: a directory that does not tell you how old its copy is, is asking for trust it has not earned.
The state's copy is the live one
License status changes daily. Before you sign anything, check the department's own lookup — it is free, it takes a minute, and it is authoritative in a way that no copy can be.
