The department, not the directory
Complaints about a licensed Minnesota contractor go to the Department of Labor & Industry, which issues the license and is the body that can act on it. Their lookup page is the place to start.
We publish a copy of their record. We do not investigate, adjudicate, or add anything of our own to a business's status.
What we can fix
If a detail on a listing here is wrong — a name, an address, a trade, a status we have copied incorrectly — that is ours and we will correct it. The correction link is in the footer of every page and we answer within 48 hours.
